Panasonic 37 Plasma TV A Great Picture?
The Panasonic 37 plasma TV is the smallest available from this company. The TH37PX50U model boasts about having the same high standards of its larger counterparts. With a cost of over $2000, users have found that this tv may not be worth its high price.
Panasonic describes this tv as having a picture full of depth and dimension. The sound is as close to real life as you can get. It is described as 3D sound and makes you feel as if you are in the middle of whatever you are watching. It is like their other models just in a smaller size. The picture quality is debatable, though, according to users. Panasonic may be off in their description.
While users agreed that the sound was of an amazing quality they disagreed about the picture quality. Getting a sharp, clean image on a small 37 inch screen is important, but while this model has great black levels the brightness is dull. While brightness may be able to be adjusted the overall effect doesn't make this picture outstanding. This not-so-perfect picture, coupled with the high power consumption makes the cost seem too high.
The Panasonic 37 inch plasma tv does provide a great sound experience. The clarity of the picture is compromised by the dullness. If you can overlook a dull picture you may find this tv to fit your needs as far as sound and size are concerned. The combination of concerning factors, however, does not make this tv the best deal Panasonic has to offer their customers.
